On-Going Remodelling
Thanks to our painter friend, Nick, the living room is now "wild bamboo"....it's a soft golden yellow--not crayola yellow as this picture would imply. We can't wait to tear up the carpet to expose the beautiful oak floor. Oh, and cover up the hideous fireplace brick, too.

Pictures like this prove my belief that I should do nothing - NOTHING -- to my house until brilliant, artistic types like y'all come and tell me what to do.
Wishing we could get together for a glass (or two) of wine and talk about how much we want the school year to end...
